Today I need to Decide!

If the goal is to design, create, and sell ten products in one hundred days the one thing I do not have is time to faff around.

Decisions need to be made and momentum needs to build right from the get-go!

So many times I see people get stuck in the "I could do" instead of moving onto the "I am doing" and that means that nothing gets built, nothing gets delivered and nothing gets sold! This means brilliant people with brilliant ideas never end up "Getting to the Money"

I have one work day to make a decision as to which of my ideas will become the next product ... and so do you!

The Power of Brainstorming

Think of brainstorming as a fun adventure for your mind. It's like gathering all your favorite ingredients before cooking up a fantastic meal. You see, to make choices, we first need to know what choices we have. So, we gather all our ideas in one place, like a treasure hunt for inspiration.

This helps us shake off that nagging feeling that there might be an even better idea hiding somewhere. Once we see our options on paper, it's like laying out all the pieces of a puzzle. We can start sorting through them, and creating our checklist for the next big thing.

The Value of Community

My super secret strategy for finding out what I should be doing next .. is you guys!!

It's funny how often the thing I think I should be doing next is not the thing that others see I should be doing - my community will come up with brilliant ideas, requests, and pleas for me to help them solve particular problems.

If I am smart I can listen and they can guide me into what needs to be created next.

If I don't hear it I can create a post, make a poll, or simply jump into the DMs and ask them for help .. I am always astonished at the value these conversations bring to my life and my business.

The Magic of Personal Connection

Conversations are where it is at - if you think about everything that we do is about having a conversation in one way shape or form.

I like to get up close and personal - mano e mano - face to face .. or at least Zoom room to Zoom room LOL. I like to meet, to shoot the breeze, to get to know you, to hear you ... for in those moments really solid relationships are formed and strengthened.

I want what you and I to have to be relational not just transactional. I am happier with smaller more niche groups than stadiums of thousands. I prefer to work intimate and deep than surface and superficial and for that, you need relationships built on trust and respect.

When you both trust and respect one another you can hear a request to "hop on a call because I am mulling over a new project idea" and be on that call in moments!

Telling you - there is power in those personal connections!

The Decision Dilemma

So many millions have never been manifest because a decision was never made to pursue an idea.

Procrastination - simply the inability to decide to get started!

Overwhelm - that is just the outcome of decisions deferred!

If there is one skill I wish for you all to develop this year it is the ability to make a decision more swiftly!

Most of the time it doesn't really matter if you decide red or black - just that you decide on one so that the game can keep in play!

And we all know that if the decision is a bad one the universe will soon send you a message telling you exactly that!

Don't let this year be the year of deferring decisions and never moving forward - be big, be bold .. decide now!
